2. Physical Non-Medical Products
2.1 Eligible for Return and Refund
Physical wellness products shipped from our warehouse may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- Product is unopened and unused
- Product is in original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Product has not expired
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2.3 Refund Amount
- Full Refund: Original purchase price (minus original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error)
- Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fees for standard returns
2.4 Direct Ship Products
For products shipped directly from manufacturers or suppliers:
- Returns are subject to the manufacturer's return policy
- Return windows may vary (typically 14-30 days)
- We'll facilitate the return process and coordinate with the supplier
- Refund timeline may be longer (up to 14 business days after supplier receives return)
3. Medical and Pharmaceutical Products
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Medical Products Are Non-Refundable Once Shipped
Due to safety regulations and pharmacy laws, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for medical or pharmaceutical products once they have been shipped by our partner pharmacy or medical facility.
3.1 Non-Refundable Policy
This purchase becomes non-refundable once either of the following occurs:
- A service has been rendered (e.g., you have completed your telehealth consultation)
- Your physical item has been shipped by our partner pharmacy or facility
3.2 Why Medical Products Cannot Be Returned
Federal and state regulations prohibit the return of pharmaceutical and medical products to protect patient safety and prevent:
- Contamination risks
- Tampering concerns
- Proper storage compliance issues
- Chain of custody violations
3.3 Before Your Order Ships
You may cancel your order for a full refund only before the pharmacy or medical facility ships your product. To cancel:

- Include your order number and reason for cancellation
- We'll check the shipment status with the pharmacy
- If not yet shipped, we'll process your cancellation and full refund within 3-5 business days
3.4 Exceptions for Medical Products
Refunds or replacements may be issued for medical products only in the following circumstances:
- Wrong Item Shipped: You received a completely different product than ordered
- Damaged in Transit: Product arrived damaged or compromised (must report within 48 hours with photos)
- Defective Product: Manufacturing defect that makes the product unusable (must provide documentation)
4. Telehealth Services
⚠️ Telehealth Consultations Are Non-Refundable Once Rendered
Once a telehealth consultation or medical service has been provided, it cannot be refunded. This includes video consultations, phone consultations, and asynchronous medical reviews.
4.1 When Services Become Non-Refundable
A telehealth service is considered "rendered" and becomes non-refundable when:
- You have completed a consultation with a healthcare provider
- A provider has reviewed your medical information and provided recommendations
- A prescription has been issued based on your consultation
- Medical advice or guidance has been delivered (even if you disagree with the recommendation)
4.2 Cancellation Before Service
You may cancel a telehealth appointment for a full refund if:
- You cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
- The provider cancels the appointment
- Technical issues prevent the consultation from occurring (we'll reschedule or refund)
4.3 Late Cancellation and No-Shows
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund or credit toward future consultation
- No-show: No refund (appointment fees are non-refundable if you miss your scheduled time without notice)
4.4 Unsatisfactory Service
While we cannot refund completed consultations, if you're unsatisfied with the quality of care:

- We'll investigate the matter and may offer a complimentary follow-up consultation
- Serious concerns will be escalated to our medical leadership team
5. Digital Products
5.1 Non-Refundable After Access
Digital products (e-books, guides, courses, meal plans, digital memberships) are non-refundable once you have:
- Downloaded the digital file(s)
- Accessed the content through your account
- Received and opened the digital access email
- Streamed or viewed the content

Once you download or access a digital product, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
5.2 Refundable Before Access
You may request a full refund for digital products if:
- You have not yet downloaded or accessed the content
- You contact us within 24 hours of purchase
- You can verify you have not opened the access email or download links
5.3 Exceptions for Digital Products
Refunds may be issued after access only in these circumstances:
- Technical Issues: Files are corrupted, won't download, or are otherwise unusable
- Incorrect Product: You received a different digital product than what you ordered
- Misrepresentation: Product significantly differs from its description (must provide specific examples)

6. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
Subscription Refund Policy:
All subscriptions and one-time purchases are non-refundable once the initial digital access instructions have been delivered AND the customer has initiated service on the third-party platform (e.g., received a consultation, initiated a prescription, or accessed a service).
You may cancel renewal at any time prior to the next billing date.
6.1 When Subscriptions Become Non-Refundable
A subscription payment becomes non-refundable once both of the following have occurred:
- Initial digital access instructions have been delivered to you (via email or account access), AND
- You have initiated service on the third-party platform (e.g., completed a consultation, started a prescription, or accessed subscription content)
6.2 Refundable Subscriptions
You may receive a full refund for your subscription if:
- You cancel within 24 hours of subscribing
- You have not yet accessed or initiated any services
- The subscription has not yet started (for pre-paid subscriptions with future start dates)
6.3 Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel future subscription charges:
- Log into your account and go to "Subscription Settings"
- Click "Cancel Subscription" before your next billing date
- Or contact support@beimcares.com with your cancellation request
Important Notes:
- Cancellation must occur before your next billing date to avoid being charged
- You will retain access through the end of your current paid period
- No refunds or pro-rated credits for partial months after cancellation
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
6.4 Subscription Billing Issues
If you believe you were incorrectly charged:
- Contact us within 30 days of the charge
- Provide your order/subscription number and billing details
- We'll investigate and issue a refund if the charge was in error
7. Membership Fees
7.1 Paid Memberships
- New Members: May receive a pro-rated refund if canceled within the first 30 days
- After 30 Days: No refunds for membership fees, but you retain access through the end of your current billing period
- Annual Memberships: Pro-rated refunds available within first 60 days only
7.2 Free Memberships
Free membership accounts can be closed at any time with no financial implications.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
8.1 Damaged Shipments
If your non-medical product arrives damaged:
Step 1: Document the Damage
Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery.
Step 2: Contact Us
Email support@beimcares.com with your order number, photos, and description of the damage.
Step 3: We'll Resolve It
We'll send a replacement via expedited shipping at no charge, or issue a full refund – your choice.
No return required: In most cases, you can keep or dispose of the damaged item.
8.2 Defective Products
If a product is defective or doesn't work as described:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or within warranty period for devices)
- Describe the defect and provide photos or videos if possible
- We'll troubleshoot the issue with you
- If defective, we'll provide a replacement or full refund
8.3 Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us immediately – don't open the incorrect item if possible
- We'll send the correct item via expedited shipping at no charge
- We'll provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item (return optional for low-value items)
- Full refund if you prefer not to receive the correct item
Our error = Our responsibility: If we made a mistake, we'll make it right immediately at no cost to you.
9. How to Request a Refund or Return
9.1 Initiate a Return
To start a return for eligible products:
- Contact Us: Email support@beimcares.com with "Return Request" in the subject line
- Provide Details:
- • Order number
- • Product name(s) you wish to return
- • Reason for return
- • Photos (if damaged or defective)
- Receive Authorization: We'll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship to the address provided
- Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
⚠️ Returns Without RMA Numbers Will Be Refused
Please do not ship returns without first obtaining an RMA number from our customer support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
9.2 Return Shipping Address
Do not return items to the address on the original package. We will provide the correct return address when we issue your RMA number.
9.3 Return Shipping Costs

10. Refund Processing
10.1 Refund Timeline
- Approval: Refund requests reviewed within 1 business day
- Processing: Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return (or immediately for pre-shipment cancellations)
- Bank/Card Processing: Allow an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by financial institution)
10.2 Refund Method
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Credit/Debit Cards: Appears as a credit on your statement
- PayPal: Returned to your PayPal account
- Store Credit: Available as an option for faster processing (applied to your account within 24 hours)
10.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Item is returned without original packaging
- Item shows signs of use beyond what's necessary to determine if you want it
- Item is returned after the 30-day window but within 60 days (50% refund)
- Only some items from a multi-item order are returned
11. Exchanges
11.1 Product Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product:
- Request a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired product
- Once your return is received, we'll process your refund
Faster Option: If you need the replacement item urgently, order it immediately and we'll refund the original item once returned. No need to wait for the refund to purchase the new item.
12. Special Circumstances
12.1 Expired Products
- If you receive a product close to its expiration date (less than 30 days), contact us for a replacement or refund
- Products that expire after you receive them are not eligible for return unless defective
12.2 Promotional Items and Gifts
- Free promotional items or gifts with purchase are non-refundable
