We offer three types of products, each with different shipping methods:
In-House Products Shipped by Beim Health
These products are stored in our warehouse and shipped directly by our team. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships, and we have full control over the shipping process.
Examples: Curated wellness products, supplements, health kits maintained in our inventory
Direct Ship Products Shipped by Manufacturers/Suppliers
These products ship directly from our trusted partners and manufacturers to your door. This allows us to offer a wider selection without warehousing every item. Tracking information will be provided once the supplier ships your order.
Examples: Specialized medical devices, bulk supplements, certain wellness products
Note: Direct ship items may arrive separately from in-house inventory items, even if ordered together.
Digital Digital Products and Instant Downloads
Digital products are delivered instantly via email and available immediately in your account after purchase. No shipping required!
Examples: E-books, guides, meal plans, educational courses, digital memberships
Delivery: Immediate access upon payment confirmation

2.2 Direct Ship (Manufacturer) Delivery Times
Products shipped directly from manufacturers typically arrive within:
- Standard Delivery: 7-14 business days (varies by supplier)
- Expedited Options: May be available at checkout for select products
Important: Delivery times for direct ship items are estimates based on supplier performance. We'll keep you updated on your order status.
2.3 Processing Time
- In-House Products: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT ship the same business day. Orders after 2:00 PM CT ship the next business day.
- Direct Ship Products: Processing time varies by supplier (typically 1-3 business days before shipping)
- Digital Products: Instant delivery upon payment confirmation
⚠️ Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1 In-House Inventory
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Shipping method selected
- Destination address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Order total (for free shipping qualification)
Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3.2 Direct Ship Products
Shipping costs for direct ship items are determined by the manufacturer/supplier and will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout. Some direct ship items may qualify for free shipping.
3.3 Digital Products
Digital products have no shipping costs – they're delivered instantly via email!
3.4 Mixed Orders
If your order contains both in-house and direct ship items:
- Items will ship separately
- You'll be charged shipping for each fulfillment method
- Free shipping thresholds apply only to in-house items in that shipment
- You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
4. Shipping Locations
4.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:
- All continental U.S. addresses
- Alaska and Hawaii (additional transit time and costs may apply)
- P.O. Boxes (standard and expedited shipping only; no express or overnight)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (standard shipping only)
4.2 International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the United States and to U.S. military addresses.

4.3 Restricted Locations
Some products cannot be shipped to certain states due to regulatory restrictions. These restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page and at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
5.1 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Email confirmation with tracking number(s)
- Carrier information (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or supplier's carrier)
- Estimated delivery date
- Direct link to track your package
5.2 Track Your Order
You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Logging into your Beim Health account and viewing order details
- Visiting the carrier's website directly with your tracking number
- Contacting customer support at support@beimcares.com
5.3 Tracking Delays
Please note:
- Tracking numbers may take 12-24 hours to become active in the carrier's system
- Direct ship orders may have longer tracking activation times
- During peak seasons, tracking updates may be delayed
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window:
- In-House Orders: Contact us immediately if your order is more than 2 business days late
- Direct Ship Orders: Allow an additional 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us
- We'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue quickly
6.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
- We'll file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund
Beim Health's Promise:
If your package is confirmed lost or stolen, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund – your choice. We want you to receive your products safely!
6.3 Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Keep all packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@beimcares.com
- Include your order number and photos
We'll arrange for a replacement or refund immediately. No need to return damaged items unless requested.
6.4 Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately at support@beimcares.com
- We'll send the correct item via expedited shipping at no charge
- We'll provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item (return is optional for low-value items)
6.5 Incorrect Address
If you provided an incorrect shipping address:
- Before Shipping: Contact us immediately to update the address (if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it for free)
- After Shipping: We may be able to redirect the package with the carrier (fees may apply)
- Undeliverable Packages: If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (shipping fees will apply for second shipment)
7. Digital Product Delivery
7.1 How Digital Delivery Works
When you purchase a digital product:
- You'll receive an email with download links within minutes of purchase
- Access is also available immediately in your Beim Health account under "My Digital Products"
- Download links are valid for 30 days (unlimited downloads during this period)
- Some products may be available for streaming rather than download
7.2 Didn't Receive Your Digital Product?
If you don't receive your digital product email within 15 minutes:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Log into your account and check "My Digital Products"
- Verify the email address on your account is correct
- Contact us at support@beimcares.com and we'll resend immediately
7.3 Digital Product Access
- Lifetime Access: Many digital products remain in your account for unlimited future access
- Time-Limited Access: Some products (like courses) may have time-limited access periods noted on the product page
- Device Limits: Some products may have device or download limits for copyright protection
8. Physician-Ordered Products
Some products require a physician order through the Freely Health Network. For these products:
- Processing time includes time for physician review and order approval (typically 1-3 business days)
- You'll be notified once the order is approved and ready to ship
- Shipping times begin after physician approval
- Expedited shipping may be available after approval

If your order requires physician approval, please allow additional time for medical review. We'll update you throughout the process.
9. Returns and Exchanges

- Direct Ship Orders: Contact us within 24 hours; we'll work with the supplier
- Digital Orders: Cannot be cancelled once download links are sent
11.2 After Shipment
Once an order has shipped:
- It cannot be cancelled in transit
- You can refuse delivery and request a refund (return shipping may apply)
- Standard return process applies once delivered

All orders over $100 are automatically insured against loss or damage at no additional cost. For orders under $100, shipping insurance is optional and can be added at checkout for $1.99.
